One room for 3.500 SEK/month available straight away
One room for 4.000 SEK/month available from 1st of September
The rent includes 1000/1000 Mbit internet, electricity, heating, water etc.

We are currently mainly looking for a female candidates to uphold our gender balance and we prefer international candidates to keep the house an international environment. (We consider Swedish and male applicants too though!)

Our “perfect” new housemate (you don’t have to be all of these to get the room):
* Non smoker
* Vegetarian/Vegan (although there are meat eaters in the house too, but even those usually eat very little meat at home)
* Alcohol free (well, you CAN drink alcohol if you really want to… just not at home, we want our house to be a “safe space” so to speak)
* You are probably between 25-40 years old. (We want you to have some experience living away from your parents before you come here...)

Oh, and we are definitely looking for social people. There is a lot of board games, hugging (for those who want), hanging out, movie evenings and some cooking going on at home. Nobody wants to be social all the time but we do enjoy hanging out with each other and hope you feel the same.

Four rooms available for rent in Collective Sunshine, a 12 bedroom house in Spånga! One from 15th of November, two from 1st of December and one from 1st of January. They are all for long term staying (no set end date).

Today was the apple day in our neighborhood, so we used that chance to transform about 150 kg of apples into apple juice! Cheers to you!
